After being blessed to buy my 1st home at 21 years old I have been hooked on Real Estate ever since! Moving from Cape Cod Massachusetts where I had started and ran many small businesses it was time to move to the sunshine state and leave the snow plow behind.

The love of Real Estate has always been a big part of my life and still is today. While working and building businesses on the Cape over the years I was always buying and selling property , building residential homes for sale, and building commercial warehouses to rent and sell , along with owning office rental properties on the side, so when I could be in Florida and help others do the same it was a dream come true!
